Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Receipt of confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We primarily ship from our main office in Ottawa; however, some items may ship from our partner warehouse in Montreal. You will receive shipping origin details after placing your order. Delivery times and costs vary depending on location and product.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided items are in their original condition. All returns must be sent to our Ottawa location. Refunds are issued via the original payment method upon inspection and approval of returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.
